Mamta Rathi
( Director)
Mamta Rathi is an education evangelist and Director of Rathi’s Aspire Academy. As a leader, her vision is to inculcate concept-based learning in today’s young generation. She holds B.E. in Comp. Sci. and several certifications from the corporate world. She has 15+ years (including 6 years in the USA) of IT experience gathered from working at the Top 3 Indian IT firms. She was an Agile coach for big financial firms in the USA and UK. During her time in the USA, she realized the importance of concept-based learning and wanted it to be implemented in the Indian Education System. To make her goal come true, she has been working in the Education industry as a member of the governing body of a reputed CBSE school in Wakad since 2014. She has started her own academy in 2019 to coach 8th-12th std. students. She is a certified DMIT Counselor & Career Advisor. She is a progressive personality with a skill for mentoring and coaching students. She offers her skills & expertise in Stream selection, study techniques, Goal setting, paper solving techniques. For all her efforts, she has been awarded the Anandi Joshi inspiring woman leadership award.
Pankaj Rathi
(Principal Advisor)
Mr. Pankaj Rathi has completed his B.E. Comp. and MBA major in Finance. With 18+ years (including 6 years in the USA) of IT experience gained from working with large Indian IT firms as a consultant for large UK and US financial organizations. Pankaj has groomed several management graduates from reputed institutions like IIMs. He has also visited premier business institutions such as IIMs, Welingkar, Symbiosis for recruitment and to conduct guest lectures. Pankaj is currently working as a Digital Transformation Consultant in one of the largest IT firms. Along with this, he is also a certified DMIT Counselor & Career Advisor to several students and IT professionals. He has handled large teams and has been mentoring team members across different ages & experience brackets; transforming their careers while aligning them to their core skill sets.
Siddhant
Siddhant is very talented and an asset to Rathi’s Aspire Academy. Recently he cracked India’s toughest exam – IIT JEE and currently pursuing B.Tech. Computer Sci. from IIT Kanpur. His AIR was 168 in JEE Advanced 2021. He loves to mentor and help other students in his own domain. He is well equipped with strategies, tools, and techniques require to crack competitive exams. His latest knowledge, awareness, and due diligence of career streams, colleges, and market dynamics will help IIT aspirants in taking the right decision.
Yash Zanwar
Yash, with his 4.5 years of industry experience has been a great addition to Rathi’s Aspire Academy. He is a VNIT, Nagpur 2017 Pass out. Currently, he is the Android Lead in PhonePe.
Yash has always had a burning desire to share his knowledge with the rest of the world. He started preparing for competitive exams early which helped him build the necessary acumen to excel in competitive exams. His corporate exposure equips him with the knowledge & awareness of the overall new-age career opportunities.
