    • Manage all Academic activities of the centre.
    • Explain admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents.

    • To ensure smooth and disciplined conduct of the classes, monitor the progress of the students. To identify weak/slow learners and plan result-oriented doubts solving and revision sessions for such students.
    • Groom and train the junior staff to perform their duties effectively.

    1. Minimum 7+ years of experience in the education field

    3. Played Branch Head/ Academic Coordinator/Business Development Manager role for 2+ years at reputed coaching classes / School / College
    Responsibilities-
    • Handle entire Branch operations and Run the Centre in a profitable manner.
    • Good Communication (Eng, Hindi, and Marathi) and Behavioral Skills
